EXPERIENCED PROFESSIONAL SERVICE TECHNICIAN, who has 3-5 years actual diagnostic experience in the residential and commercial field. Carrier equipment experience is preferred but not required. $400 sign on bonus available to qualified hires after 90 days probation and review. Applicant must be comfortable not only diagnosing, but recommending repairs in a professional manner with absolutely NO PRESSURE to the customer. The Details…
Qualified candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, good communication skills, a knowledge or at least a willingness to grow with the industry in the tech field i.e. software, tablets, mobile technology and digital receipts. Office Staff must have some computer experience, Microsoft Office, Excel and Powerpoint and a creative ability to produce support literature, brochures and mailers. Technicians and Installers must show basic diagnostic skills, ability to perform basic system maintenance, interpret wiring diagrams/schematics as well as provide clear and concise information on their paperwork to both the customer and the office. Service technicians will be required to run “on call” as part of a one week at a time rotation. Teamwork is a priority, employees must be willing to work with and assist co-workers as needed, be willing to work overtime and some weekends as needed.
